Arrow Lakes Provincial Park
Highway 6 traffic crosses the lake by ferry between Fauquier and Needles and Highway 23 traffic by ferry between Galena Bay and Shelter Bay where the park is located.
This park offers vehicle accessible campsites on a first-come, first-served basis - campsite reservations are not accepted.
Goat Range Provincial Park
15-minute drive, 25 km south of Revelstoke on Hwy 23
The park has one campground situated near the Arrow Lake reservoir. The campground contains 64 vehicle accessible sites, 5 of these are doubles. There are no pull through sites or tent pads but tents can be placed on the campsite gravel pad. Many of the sites are considered large and can accommodate extra vehicles.
Kokanee Glacier Provincial Park
Hwy 6, 14.4 km north of Slocan City, drive up Enterprise Creek for 13 km to the trailhead.From Hwy 6, 8 km south of Slocan, drive up Lemon Creek for 16 km to the trailhead.
There are 30 wilderness, walk-in campsites in the park, but no facilities are provided. If you require information regarding winter camping, please contact the Alpine Club of Canada to reserve a cabin in the park.
Rosebery Provincial Park
5 km north of New Denver and 40 km south of Nakusp.
This park has one campground with small, shady, intimate forested sites in a mixed forest of fir and lodgepole pine. The campground has 33 vehicle accessible sites, 2 of these are doubles and 2 have tent pads. To accommodate larger recreational vehicles there are 6 pull-through sites.
Valhalla Provincial Park
Slocan and Highway 6 provides access to the town and other population centres in the vicinity. Public boat launches exist in a number of towns, including Slocan, Silverton and New Denver, by which trailheads can be easily reached.
Wilderness, backcountry or walk-in camping is allowed; however, no services are provided at the marine sites. The campsites are open year round when accessible. There are facilities at Gwillim, Wicca and Cahill Lakes.
